The flat is situated at the western part of 1st floor and the whole 2nd floor of the building located in Strovolos, Nicosia. The 1st floor comprises of living room with a fire place, dining room, kitchen and guest toilet and on the 2nd floor comprises of a bathroom with toilet, three bedrooms (the master ensuite and wardrobe), boiler room, storage area, laundry room, a small covered veranda and one uncovered veranda (partly covered with pergola) with barbeque. The floor coverings are made of ceramic tiles except the bedrooms where parquet (laminated) has been placed. The kitchen working benches are of granite, with wooden cupboards.
